S4 Analytics is led by a group with a long history of comprehensive experience working with the federal government. Our personnel holds clearances at various levels.  We are led by Colonel (Ret) Ira Snell, Jr., who has over 30 years of military experience in the U.S. Army .  As the Ft. George G. Meade's Director of Industrial Operations (DIO), Mr. Snell was responsible for Logistics & Engineering, Facilities Management & Maintenance, Base-wide Contracting, and Transportation.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of S4 Analytics, Ira Snell, III, brings over thirty (30) years of experience in information systems engineering and management services. Mr. Snell’s career started in 1990 when he founded Snell Enterprises, Inc. (SEI) immediately after graduating from Howard University with a B.A. Degree in Business Management; with a concentration in Computer-based Information Systems. 

He is responsible for overseeing corporate visionary and strategic planning teams which result in capital investment strategies, services expansion, and strategic partnership decisions. Mr. Snell structures the corporate organization to emphasize clear lines of authority and communication, quality controls, and large team management techniques.

As Managing Partner, Colonel Snell, Jr., takes advantage of his forty (40) years of military and private industry experience, and qualifying S4 its service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) status to lead the team.  His forty (40) years of leadership experience in management, logistics, security, and information technology experience was beneficial in forming key partnerships with full-service IT firms.

S4 Analytics can provide customers with Smart, Simple, Strategic, and Secure IT-Program Management, Cloud Security, and Help Desk/Call Center Solutions.  Col. Snell is responsible for corporate vision, operations, fiscal, and management oversight. ​
