Senior Program Manager
Education: BS Minimum, MS preferred

Certification:  Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (required)

S4 Analytics has a senior leadership opportunity for a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team in support of a large Federal program.  The successful candidate will serve as Program Manager (PM) and lead all aspects of this critical program, including client relationship, program oversight of Task Orders, and personnel and financial management.

Over ten years of experience and expertise in overseeing government acquisition, test and evaluation, and systems integration programs. Proven record of managing program life cycle from system design through integration, test planning, and verification via requirements-based execution, quantitative risk management, and formal change management techniques. Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams to identify program capabilities, assess resources, and collaborate with personnel ensuring projects delivered on time and within scope of budget.

The PM is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and training on all project management processes and standards, ensuring consistency with Project Management Institute (PMI) practices, as delegated by the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The PM must be able to work both independently but also as a team leader and team member. 

The PM reports to the COO (or designate) and is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the PMO to ensure projects meet organization goals and requirements. 

The PM supports strategic goals and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring very complex IT programs to meet organizational goals. Oversees and provides guidance to the personnel responsible for providing support for organization’s projects. Maintains the efficiency of important aspects of the project management process such as acquisition, quality assurance, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial management, change management and risk assessment. Responsible for day-to-day oversight of all task orders from inception to final delivery to include management of the program master schedule.
